Heart failure
Daily weights and meds
Summary
Heart failure means your heart cannot pump blood as well as it should. It does not mean your heart has stopped. Most patients live fuller lives by taking guideline-directed medications, weighing themselves daily, limiting sodium and fluids, and watching for early warning signs of fluid buildup.
